Shipping Policy

Shipping & Processing Times:

  • Deliveries are subject to pending approval and availability of merchandise.
  • All delivery time include 24 to 48 business hours for processing.
  • No dispatches on Saturdays & Saturdays.
  • Since the courier companies do not require signatures the package will be left at the front door incase no one is available to take the delivery as per the delivery address.
  • Orders to be delivered next day priority delivery must be in before 12 noon Mountain Time and orders received after cut off time to ship out same business day.
  • Any orders received for next day delivery or for later deliveries placed after 12 noon Mountain Time will be shipped on the following business day.
  • No deliveries are commenced on Saturdays & Sundays.
  • We suggest you check for updates on your shipping information. Do not forget to check your spam folder, emails might end up there. In case any additional information is required to process your order, we shall duly intimate you.


Order Status:
You are able to track your orders with the carriers for which a tracking # is provided or by logging you’re your account or by your order # and thus able to view the updates.
Please allow 1 business day for the tracking numbers to be updated.

Order has been shipped but what is the location:

Delivery Dates:
Delivery dates depend upon your address location, city and country. Usually Orders within Canada once dispatched depending upon your delivery request are delivered within 1-4 business days and order to the USA are delivered within 2-5 business days. International Order deliveries depend upon the country to country to country but usually between 6-7 business days subject to custom clearance. PLEASE NOT THAT DUTIES AND TAXES MAY LEVI ON YOUR IMPORTS FROM CANADA. As a caution you may kindly check your local duties and taxed to be levied if any.

All items not received:
Since we do part orders or multiple packages, there is a chance that some orders may shipped as multiple packages, in this situation there shall be multiple tracking numbers which shall be updated to you by emails.

Back-orders or pending Orders:
As and when the items which have been ordered by your and were pending for dispatch shall be shipped once available. All the charges inclusive of shipping shall be paid at the time of the 1st order.

Countries where we can ship:
We ship to all countries worldwide, but please with your local government or custom authorities for restrictions on imports if any including duties and taxed levied if any.

Package delivered but not received physically:
We do offer “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” delivery at an additional charge

We ship through UPS, FEDEX, and Purolator & Canada Post as well depending on the order, the location and preference of delivery method.

Returned Packages:
In case a package is not delivered, it would return to us. You may cancel your order, the shipping charges are not refundable or may ask us to re-ship the package where you shall be paying shipping charges again.

Other Terms & Conditions:

We do not ship to APO & PO boxes.

Some products are restricted as per IATA laws and may not be delivered through Air Express, in such cases the products shall be sorted out and shall be send to you by Ground shipping in separate package and you shall be charged for extra shipping in such cases.

Since some products are larger in Size and consume more area of placement in such cases the shipping charges paid as per Volume calculated as (Length x Width x Height cm3/ 6000) and not by weight additional charges may apply. You shall be duly notified in such cases.

In case the package/s have been delivered but you have not received them, it is advisable to check your mail box or the sides of your house, contact your neighbors or other members of the house as most of the times since no one is at home the delivery as left at the door and even at your local post office, a delivery intimation card is left in most of the cases. If you are not able to locate the package/s with 24 hours you may kindly contact us and we shall take care of the rest.
